FAQ on Lenovo Identity Advisor

FAQ on Lenovo Identity Advisor

What is Lenovo Identity Advisor?

Lenovo Identity Advisor comes with identity features to help better protect your identity. We continuously search the dark web and private forums looking for personal information that may belong to you. If found, notifications are sent to you quickly so you can take effective action.
What sets Lenovo Identity Advisor apart from competitors in the market is its advanced monitoring features. While many identity protection services offer basic monitoring of personal information, Lenovo Identity Advisor goes the extra mile by actively scanning over 120 different data points on the dark web. This includes not only traditional identifiers like email addresses and social security numbers but also less commonly monitored data such as gamer tags, employment history, and educational background.

What are the features of Lenovo Identity Advisor?

Lenovo Identity Advisor includes powerful features designed to help protect your personal information and support you if identity theft occurs. We monitor the dark web for your personal data and alert you if it’s found. Our social media monitoring feature helps you stay safer online by flagging suspicious changes, risky links, and inappropriate content in your connected accounts. We also scan people finder sites that publicly list your personal information—like your name, address, or relatives—and show you where it’s exposed, giving you tools to help remove it. If your wallet is lost or stolen, we’ll help you through canceling and replacing important documents like credit cards and ID cards. And if identity theft happens, you won’t be alone. A dedicated Identity Restoration Specialist will work with you one-on-one, handling much of the legwork on your behalf to help get things back on track.
