Can I purchase Lenovo Identity Advisor on a monthly subscription with a Guest Account?

No, you must have an existing Lenovo ID, or create a Lenovo ID to purchase Lenovo identity Advisor. To create a Lenovo ID, follow the steps explained in the Creating and Managing a Lenovo ID article.

Is Lenovo Identity Advisor only for Lenovo devices?

Lenovo identity Advisor is available as a stand alone product as well, you can visit the Norton website for more information. Lenovo products are available as stand alone products too; you can learn more by visiting the Lenovo Software site.

Can I add family members to my licensing?

Yes, you will need to purchase the 5 device license pack for your family to use up to 5 devices.

How do I add more licenses?

In order to make multiple purchases of Lenovo Identity Advisor, you must create a new Lenovo ID and make a new order.
To purchase more licenses, go to Lenovo account.

How do I change my credit card?

  1. Navigate to Lenovo account and login with your Lenovo ID.
  2. Go to My Wallet.
  3. Add Credit Card.
  4. After the new credit card is added, you will be able to remove your old card details.
