Updating Your Financial and Personal Information for Dark Web Monitoring

You can update or add your financial accounts, mailing address, and other personal information at any time by signing into your account. Dark Web Monitoring monitors this information on the surface, deep, and dark web and notifies you when your information is found online. You can add credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and so on. Any other cards such as cards by retails, gift cards are not supported.

Family members accounts
You cannot access to family members’ account or update them through your own account due to either security reason or each account has highly confidential personal information. To update any information, it needs to be done signing into each account.

As it’s critical to store personal information safely, we share them only according to Privacy Policy.

Add or update your personal information, for plans with ID Theft Protection

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Depending on your subscription, do one of the following:
    1. If you see the My Norton page, click Monitored Info tab.
    2. If you see the Member Portal page, click Manage Account tab.
  3. On the Personal information section, do the following:
    1. To add or change a personal information, click Add or Update next to the corresponding field and make your changes.
    2. To remove an information from monitoring, click Update next to the corresponding field and then click Remove next to the item that you want to stop protecting.
  4. On the Financial Accounts section, under Dark Web Monitoring, do the following:
    1. To add an account or a credit card, click Get Started or Update next to the corresponding field. Add the required details and then click Save.
    2. To remove an account or a credit card, click Update next to the corresponding field and then click Remove next to the item that you want to stop protecting.
      Major credit cards can be added. Currently, other types of cards, such as retail store cards or gift cards, are not supported.

Add or update your personal information, for plans with only Dark Web Monitoring

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. On the Dark Web Monitoring page, do the following:
  3. To add a personal information, click the personal information that you want to manage and enter the required details.
    1. To update or remove an information from monitoring, click the personal information that you want to manage.
    2. Click Update or Remove next to the item that you want to modify or stop protecting and then confirm the change.

About accessing details of your household members' accounts online

For security reasons, you will be unable to view or update the accounts for your whole household through your own account. Each account holder needs to sign into their own account in order to view or update their information.
The reason we require separate online accounts for each adult member is because of the sensitive personal information included on each member's account. We know it is important to you to keep your personal information safe and so we share your personal information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
